We come in and clean that refrigerator that has not been cleaned behind since you moved in. Your couch and living room furniture will be moved so we can clean under it. Super heavy things we cannot move due to the fact we don’t want our team members hurt, but we can bend over and wipe down those baseboards, reach those fans, vents, light globes, remove cobwebs and gecko poo from the ceiling corners and wipe down your blinds to name a few things that might be on your To Do List!
The price will be:
$50/hour per person
For windows, mini blinds and screens there is an additional charge.
Additional charge for excessive soap scum, calcium build up, mold and mildew, grease, red dirt, pet hair, major dust
build-up, food debris and continued neglect requiring more cleaning time than previously estimated.

  • Counter tops cleaned and disinfected
  • Backsplashes cleaned
  • Cabinet fronts wiped down
  • Baseboards and sills wiped
  • Sinks cleaned and disinfected
  • Floors vacuumed or moped
  • Outside of appliances cleaned
  • Inside & outside of microwave cleaned
  • Woodwork wiped down and cleaned
  • Trash emptied
  • Trash bags replaced
  • Dishes washed
  • Tables wiped down and if needed polished
  • Stainless steel appliances polished
  • Bathroom Items cleaned:

  • Sinks cleaned and disinfected
  • Tubs cleaned and disinfected
  • Showers scrubbed and disinfected
  • Light fixtures cleaned

  • Outside of vanities cleaned
  • Toilets cleaned and disinfected
  • Towels changed (if left out)

    Charges will include supplies and equipment. If you have something that requires a special product; we ask that you supply it.

    Cancellation Agreement

    The client may terminate this contract at any time for any reason by giving at least 24 hours notice to the contractor. If the contract is terminated in less than the 24 hours scheduled, the contractor will be paid the deposit amount
