Ongoing Cleaning!

Weekly, Bi-weekly, and/or Monthly cleaning.

We recommend a “Big Clean” for an initial cleaning visit. So, we can start off fresh, then move on to a regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning visits. If you don’t need a “Big Clean” we will do a first time 3 man hour basic cleaning visit for $125.00 (20.00 discount) and give you a estimate at that time for future cleaning visits.

Bedrooms and all living Areas:

  • Beds Made/Linen changed (if applicable)
  • Ceiling Fans (reachable w/2-3 step ladder)
  • Vacuum / Sweep / Mop ALL hard surface floors
  • Shelves / Knick Knacks / Frames cleaned
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Window Sills wiped
  • All trash emptied
  • Drawer Front Clean
  • Furniture wiped down
  • Cobwebs removed
  • Lamps/Wall Hangings wiped
  • Baseboards wiped
  • Overall appearance of rooms is neat
  • Bathrooms:

    • Toilets cleaned & sanitized
    • Shower/Tub cleaned & sanitized
    • Sinks cleaned & sanitized
    • Tile/Chrome polished
    • Baseboard/Sills wiped
    • Vanity mirror cleaned
    • Trash emptied
    • Floors vacuumed/swept/mopped

    Laundry Room:

  • Washer/Dryer cleaned (Outside ONLY)
  • Cabinet front/Counters/Shelves wiped
  • Cobwebs/Droppings removed
  • Floor vacuumed/swept/mopped
  • Baseboards/Sills wiped
  • Entry way/Foyer/Basement/Attic:

  • Floors & Stairs vacuumed/mopped
  • Furniture wiped down
  • Railings/Baseboards/Sills wiped
  • Cobwebs/Droppings removed
  • Kitchen:

  • Appliances wiped down
  • Refrigerator cleaned (Outside Only)
  • Cabinets cleaned (Fronts only)
  • Microwave cleaned (Inside/Out)
  • Countertops/Backsplash cleaned
  • Stove Top cleaned
  • Table & Chairs wiped
  • Baseboard / Sills wiped
  • Trash emptied
  • Floors vacuumed/swept/mopped
  • Overall Appearance is neat
  • Services w/ Additional Fees:

  • Excessive stove grease build-up
  • Windows/Screens cleaned
  • Light Fixtures cleaned
  • Dishes hand washed
  • Oven cleaned (Inside)
  • Walls cleaned
  • Blinds cleaned
  • Refrigerator cleaned (Inside)
  • Floor waxed
  • Excessive soap scum build-up
  • Cabinets (inside)
  • Shelves
  • Pantry
  • Drawers (inside)
  • If you prefer green cleaning; we use Melaleuca products.
    Parking for Apelila’s In&Out Cleaning teams to be arranged by customer.
    All services performed are guaranteed, and you have 48 hours to notify us of any issues. We do not move furniture to access any areas, nor do we climb ladder to reach high, out of reach places. If you have any questions, comments, complaints, or any suggestions, please contact us within 48 hours.
    Charges will include supplies and equipment. If you have something that requires a special product; we ask that you supply it.

    Cancellation Agreement

    The client may terminate this contract at any time for any reason by giving at least 24 hours notice to the contractor. If the contract is terminated in less than the 24 hours scheduled, the contractor will be paid the deposit amount
